where can I see how many monsters are left? (Anarchy/Onslaught)

opening the challenges panel ('H') and clicking the area name under the "clear-all" challenge, does nothing.
also, I would appreciate if the locations of say the last 10 monsters in the area, would be marked on the map. finding them isn't part of the challenge in my opinion, and can be extremely frustrating in case those are burrowed mobs like zombies/elementals. Alva: I'm sweating like a hog in heat
