Chat mod absolutely ridiculous, goodbye PoE

Was just muted for an hour for the following statement in trade chat:
"WTS: my virginity for man who knows what hes doing" Yeah, not the most mature statement, but seriously? Nothing is offensive about that, there is no obscene language. How up tight are these mods you ask? Up tight enough to ban me for an additional hour when I asked if they were kidding about the ban. Today was my first day back on PoE in months, I had never been banned for uttering way more offensive comments when I used to play, and guess what? I won't be banned again. I've emailed support and wanted to make this post here to let GGG know that they lost a loyal fan today due to bad moderation. Oh, btw the mod was Bex_GGG. Just to clarify your account has not been banned in any way. You were originally muted for 1 hour for offensive and inappropriate statements. The reason your mute was 1 hour is because you have a long history with saying offensive statements in global chat. You were muted for an additional hour not for simply asking me if I was serious about the 1 hour mute, but for your abusive message that followed that question. Both of these offences violate our Terms of Use. This is the reason that you were muted for this period of time. You are still free to play your character as you wish. Also, when a player has as many previous offenses as you do we are permitted to mute them for 24 hours or more. Offering you a 1 hour mute would actually be considered generous. I hope this clears things up. We have received your complaint about this issue at the support desk. We are currently processing a huge backlog of cases but a senior member will respond as soon as they possibly can. | |

Sorry, but when I'm being muted for offensive comments such as "wts: my virginity," its not any wonder that I have a "long history of offensive behavior," considering the statement isn't offensive to anyone.

" Even though i don't think that calling him an "*removed* (dont wanna quote removed stuff)" is really necessary - If you don't wish to remain a part of said community no member of that community asks you to do so, feel free to leave without making a drama about it. We can't ban at request, I'm sorry. The only thing that will cause a player to have action taken against them is being in violation of the Terms of Use.

Okay, but surely the player will be muted or have their forum privileges temporarily revoked? I don't think supporters should have special privileges..
