Onslaught league split the HC Community

What will happen now? A lot of people playing onslaught, some still at HC, but they will stop playing since its almost dead in HC .. Then some people stop onslaught because they died, some of those return back to HC, see that no one is playing and they will stop too..

Onslaught league was a huge mistake, same counts for 1 month league, or everything which takesl onger than 2 weeks..

You should just add normal races up to 2 weeks (but 2 weeks like every one month or something) and upgrade the HC league with like the thing in anarchy league.. that would actually revive the HC league and it would be fun to play there..

I dunno. So long as the game remains interesting and there's things to do, I'll go back to HC, regardless of how many people are there.
I agree totally, I cant seem to buy any low level unique's

Also mate, the past participle of split is split, not "splitted"
Its very hard and annoying to buy items over forums now .. Selling an item is almost impossible .. The problem is, you can't find enough currency on your own to modify the maps.. Now it will be impossible for me to do good maps in long term..
GGG please find a solution for this problem..
I would guess that the standard leagues are meant to be a dump for characters from other leagues. There are many advantages with this system:

- The devs can root out OP builds in upcoming leagues without destroying existing builds and pissing people off. Just like they did this time by removing onyx amulets and Kaom's. ( of course builds are destroyed indirectly )

- New stable economies: Let's face it there is no way right now to keep a permanently stable economy.

- Competition is made attractive for new and old players alike.

On the upside you can still solo without trading right? :-D

Edit: Standard (HC or SC) = Legacy and I wouldn't mind a bit if low lvl. play with an empty stash wouldn't be so damn slow and dead boring.

It's a 4 month league. After they will return.

D2's ladder resetting was no different. This seems relatively related, so really there isn't a big deal
the actual problem is the total population for POE is to small (and servers would not be able to handle more anyways).

pls dont compare D2 with POE, blizzard had way to many fans and MILLONS $ in budget, and yea this split is not healthy for the community, POE need to atract more people and improve servers before attempting to do this. Hardcore gamers will go over the fact of not being able to trade for items but more casual players will be discouraged and end up quiting.

No they wont cause the next 4 month is gonna start.
After a few weeks, people will stop joining Onslaught because they're too far behind. They'll come back to their HC characters rather than start a new one in Onslaught.
