How to reroll value on items?

I'm lost with that.

Is there a way a can reroll all the number of each stats at once?
With a divine?

The short answer is yes, the long answer is it won't change all that much, you shouldn't waste your divines.

EDIT : After looking at the mod compendium, it seems the max resistances you can get are 11% on each of these, max life is already 59, max evasion rating bonus is 60.

You'll most likely make it worst spending divines on it.

Short story about items : Every stat has brackets of a roll( the item level determines possibility to roll max bracket , not guaranteed though , just possibility ). You rolled lowest bracket of resists and you cant divine it to be like 40. Other story on uniques, they have random stats ussually and u can divine them. Thats why divining yellow items properly is a rare case, mostly its just bad bracket of a stat that makes it bad.

don't divine this. Sell the chest and buy a new chest or just use chaos on it if itemlevel is adequate (think 72/73+ is enaugh). But if you use chaoses, be ready to use about 50+ chaoses for another decent roll.
