Cannot Complete The Marooned Mariner

Quest states to search the ship graveyard to find the purpose of the Allflame. I killed Captain Fairgraves but it never proceeded for me to talk to the NPC in town to be able to turn in the quest.

You should have something in your log to talk to Bestel in town? I'll check on a copy of your character later if you're still unable to fix the problem.
