How to tell if an item is unique

Is there a way to tell if an item is normal or unique does it say it or is there a way to tell and is there only normal items and unique or is there legendary and other types???

Normal - white name, no mods
Magic - blue name, 1-2 random mods Rare - yellow name, 2-6 random mods Unique - orange name, specific mods, some which can't be found on other items Closed Beta/Alpha Tester back after a 10-year hiatus.

Yeah, it's more of a brown, but it shows more orange-ish to me in game. Call it whatever you want :P
