Frostjolt-Warper

Grab the active skills "Flicker Strike", "Freezing Pulse", "Lightning Warp" and "Wrath". For the passive skills,
go for "frostwalker" as fast as you can and then grab the "Blast Radius" skill. Continue from "Blast Radius" to "Deep Thoughts"
and then head for "Arcane Focus". Now take "Heart of Ice" and then continue to "Unnatural Calm". Go back through the skill tree and
get "Storm Cast" as well as the two "Shock Duration" passives. Get "Doom Cast". Grab the nearest "Agility" and "Might"
(near "Doom Cast") for some stat points. Continue from "Doom Cast" to "Breath of Rime" (grab the "Chill Duration" in that passive
ring). Go to "Static Blows" and grab the whole passive circle. Get the nearest "Agility" and "Might" (near "Static Blows") for even
more stats... Get "Soul Siphon" and then get "Prestidigation". Grab "Celestial Walker" and continue to the right until you hit
"Amplify", don't forget the "Mana Regeneration" along the way. Get to the "Elementalist" through the "Cold Damage" passives and then
get "Swashbuckler" through "Catalyze". Go from "Swashbuckler" to "Body and Soul". Get the nearest "Precision" and "Agility" from
there. Get the 5 nearest "Energy Shield" near "Soul Siphon". Grab "Lightning Walker". Get "savant" near "Soul Siphon" and spend the
remaining point on "Intelligence" passives.

Now the theory of this build would be to use "Flicker Strike" on an enemy at the edge of a mob, "Freeze Pulse" and then
"Lightning Warp" to another mob, "Freeze pulse" and repeat the process :)
It probably isn't the best build out there but i figured it would be fun to jump around the attlefield and freeze/chill/chock mobs ^^

I'm not really familiar with making builds (this is my first) so could i get some feedback pls?
How could i improve and make this build more fun?
