In pvp If someone has resolute technique, does blind affect them?

i would assume blind again a RT user wont have any effect.same for blinding someone when you use unwevering stance would still make him able to hit you and will make blind useless.im not 100% sure of that but that what i think.

RT technique avoids the evasion/accuracy calculation entirely.
Blind affects that calculation, so it will be ignored by RT.

In PvE, if an enemy blinds me and I am a marauder with Resolute Technique, do I miss due to being blinded, or do I ignore the blind? I don't understand the responses above.

Blind will not affect you if you have RT. They can't evade your attacks.

If you have RT keystone you cannot miss so blind do not affect you in any way other than light radius.
