You didn't make it, although this time you didn't skip 500 numbers at a time at least.
Here are a list of errors I found - there are probably some I missed because I was quite tired when I did this last night. I did not include any mistakes which you guys yourselves noticed and actually corrected - there are places where someone's put the wrong number, it's pointed out, and then the post has been edited to fix it. There are places where numbers have been skipped or double-posts made and people have noticed and reset the count to where it went wrong and continued from there. Provided the numbers appear in order, I've ignored duplicate numbers and other numbers thrown in there (such as when a troll just posts 3000 - I just skipped those as not being part of the count).
Page 264: Number 15 skipped - number 14 duplicated instead. Index820 attempted to indicate that the previous poster should edit their post to the correct number, but this was not done.
Page 267/268: Number 49 skipped.
Page 283: Number 203 skipped - Noticed on the next page, but never corrected - instead Merkurius just says "k lets say i just inserted 203 before^^"
Page 286: The count reaches 227, then OverDoseD skips ahead to 232, despite the numbers between 227 and that point never being posted. This is pointed out on the next page, but the missing number never counted.
Page 287: Numbers 238 & 239 skipped.
Page 294: Number 303 is skipped.
Page 307: Number 425 is skipped.
Page 308: Number 435 is skipped.
Page 327: aldraren skips 578 because it was posted out of order earlier - this clearly breaks the rules as explainted - they must count up to 3000 in order, so out-of-sequence numbers cannot be counted.
Page 355: Number 858 is skipped.
Page 363: Number 930 is skipped.
Page 368: Number 989 is skipped - No-one seems to notice this despite the poster entering "Trololo" alongside the incorrect number in their post.
Page 369: Number 991 is skipped - number 990 duplicated instead. Snipe93 attempted to indicate that the previous poster should edit their post to the correct number, but this was not done.
Page 373/374: number 1039 is skipped - number 1038 duplicated instead. Mysfit attempted to indicate that the previous poster should edit their post to the correct number, but this was not done.
Page 380: Number 1100 skipped.
Page 380: Number 1103 skipped.
Page 383: Number 1138 skipped - number 1038 inserted instead.
Page 384: Number 1147 skipped - number 1047 inserted instead.
Page 392: Number 1220 skipped - number 2220 posted instead.
Page 396: Number 1265 skipped - number number 1 posted instead. Trololololo attempted to indicate that the previous poster should edit their post to the correct number, but this was not done.
Page 400: Number 1261 skipped - number 1621 posted instead. Trololololo attempted to indicate that the previous poster should edit their post to the correct number, but this was not done.
Page 400: Number 1301 skipped - number 1 posted instead.
Page 423: Trololololo notices some, but not all, of the mistakes so far and points them out. They are not fixed.
Page 426: Number 1554 skipped - number 1553 duplicated instead. Trololololo attempted to indicate that the previous poster should edit their post to the correct number, but this was not done.
Page 454: Number 1825 skipped - Terifical noticed this and edited it into his post for number 1826, but this can't count - only one number per post.
Page 482: Number 2100 skipped - number 2099 is duplicated instead. Terifical attempted to indicate that the previous poster should edit their post to the correct number, but this was not done.
Page 502: Number 2289 skipped - number 2288 is duplicated instead. Kraven attempted to indicate that the previous poster should edit their post to the correct number, but this was not done.
Page 556: Number 2809 skipped - number 2808 is duplicated instead. Verismitsu attempted to indicate that the previous poster should edit their post to the correct number, but this was not done.
Page 587: Then for some reason after 3000, someone started again from 2866, despite there not being any errors back there that I could see that you'd need to go back to there for.
Let me make a few things clear:
1) I and NOT doing that again. That took FOREVER.
2) No-one are GGG has ever agreed to the premise of this thread, supported it in any way, or indicated that keys would be granted as a result of this thread.
Guess what: they're not. The point of closed beta is to add more people to beta at a controlled rate so that we can allow the server load and active player size to grow at a predetermined rate. Giving out a few keys on twitter or something does not deviate from this significantly. Giving out keys to everyone who posted here does, and on top of that, it's unfair to other people waiting to get into beta.
3) You can start counting again having failed for the fun of it, or to pass time while waiting to get in, but this thread is not going to get keys - can someone please edit this into the first post, because some people in the thread seemed to be under the impression this was an official thing from GGG, and keys were actually up for grabs, and that impression could reflect badly on us in that person's eyes when they find out the OP tricked them.
4) Technically, you never made it past 15 this time. If you want to complain you at least noticed that, you still didn't make it to 50 :P
