Bots are invading poe!!!

Well...this is totally expected, after all any f2p games have this problem. GG guys, enjoy it while it lasted, unless GMs gonna do something about it.

P/s: Yeah I already reported them with screenies.

Runescape's had bots since the beginning and they still can't fix it, Diablo 2 had and probably still has bots, WoW and Diablo 3 have bots, I'm sure Neverwinter, Aion, Guild Wars, Guild Wars 2, Team Fortress 2 (less harmful though), EVE online (maybe less so there), any game by Cryptic Studios, any game by Gpotato, all have bots. If all those different companies can't fix them, what makes you think Path of Exile would be any different?

There are no working bots in path of exile, there are claims on the internet and most posting that there are bots are speculating. I will not go into details about emails me and GGG exchange but I can tell you there keeping a look out for cheaters like any game should. As I software engineer and c+ coder I can tell you that even if a bot was created it would have no major affect on the game because certain bot creators, the major ones have no interest in path of exile. The Chinese RMT sites will create crap ones that will be easy to detect, but what your seeing right now is just farmers, this is almost with any online game. Tons of random people in act 1 normal. I can guarantee those are either new players or people just merely trading as you know act 1 normal is the most active area for trading.

So before you assume and get peoples panic button pushed. You should calm Down.

Lastly, this thread should be closed.

It is negative attitude towards the game, bringing awareness is good but causing a panic in the process is not called for. I think these type of complaints need to be kept to emails.

That statement is completely false. There are working bots for POE.

Well, I don't know if the bots are working or not but I must agree that making a thread with such title is as useful as screaming "we're all gonna die!" when you hear a fire alarm.
