Cowards Trial bug cant go next level

At second level on Cowards Trial, killed all monsters and im not allowed to go down on stairs to next level.

*what i think may happened is my flame toten with knockback kicked some monster out of wall. This bug happens a lot even with rare unique monsters. (felling disapointed about knockback bugs)
