Expeditions crates/chests disappear

Hey,
i found this thread, but without a solution.. https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3736876 i got the same Problem in poe2. On different Characters (druid/Oracle and ranger/pathfinder) i checked "Z", i checked lootfilter, i tried to first loot, than kill mobs, but when i reach the chest, all disappear.. i reinstalled the game and completlly turned lootfilter off, but nothing worked... i play SSF, so help would be nice.
