[Quest Bug] Ancient Vows - Unable to select Vow bonus after slotting second Relic

I am reporting a progression bug in the "Ancient Vows" quest. I have reached the Altar and successfully placed two Relics into the slots. However, after slotting the second Relic, the interface becomes unresponsive regarding the bonus selection. Quest is completed but I don't have bonus.
