Hello. Often, when entering or exiting a map or Mirage, the loading screen freezes. You can hear the characters' sounds and voices, all the effects are audible, but nothing happens. Then, after 2-3 minutes, you're thrown back to the main menu. Is there a way to fix this? All the portals are spent, but you can't enter the same Mirage. I used to lose many expensive maps like this.
