Mirage cache combined with chance to open nearby chests mastery

The mastery "25% change to open nearby chests when you cast a spell" seems to work poorly with Mirage caches. The caches either linger on screen or is just not openable at all, I'm not sure which. (Hard to tell if the loot on the ground is from the monsters or the cache itself).
