Over capped stats how ??

I see many items on trade that have stats like 60 / 50
and asking in game about it, no one ever answers back in game

at first I though it was corruption like in poe 2 that over capped stats, but there are many non corrupt items that have the same over capped stats

so how do people get that ??

Probably legacy items.

Means older items/mods which don*t drop any longer like this.

Veil mods usually provide higher ( not possible outcomes) . So you can have a ring with t1 dexterity and a veiled hibrid mod like dexterity + strg or accurancy + dex, which adds the veiled value to the initial value...Much like you wave for x% ward , flat ward, and ward+x% ward hibrid, which stack togheter.
If we are talking about jewelry items like rings/belts/ammys then catalists.

I am talking about this league, I see many items people are linking with over capped stats..

its all sort of items, magic, rare, unique items

even a mageblood got posted that had 5 magic flask

and there is no info anywhere how to get these items

Two possibilities:

1. Already mentioned, the volatile vaal orb on uniques

2. Combo mods being added together:
ex)Body Armour: T1 Life (175 - 189) + T1 Hybrid Life (34-38)
