Is Poe 1 ever going to get cross-play?

So, I finally completed act 10 and decided that I was going to go into the market and buy some actual gear with the 70 chaos orbs that I saved up, but when I tried to buy something, I was met with the message "your account must be in the game to use this feature."

Being confused, I decided to look up what was wrong and realized that the reason I couldn't purchase anything was because POE1 didn't support cross-play between PC and console players.

Whatever. No biggie, right? I'll just switch over to the platform that I'm currently on (which is the PS5) and then purchase what I need from there. Honestly, no problem.

Only that there was a problem… When I was looking at items in the market for the Playstation pool, I noticed that everything was 10x-50x more expensive, with the supply of certain items basically being nonexistent compared to the PC pool.

Seeing the prices on the items that I needed be so ridiculously high really sucked and meant that I was going to have to grind out the league 10x-100x more than what I intended, so ultimately, I just decided to stop playing the Mirage league right then and there.

With all that being said, I would really appreciate it if POE1 was given cross-play; that way, I can enjoy myself without having to grind out the game 16 hours a day. Lol

Yup, the market on the PS is the worst. Nothing to buy, prices insane. Searched for a Vaal Temple map, only one available, 100c... switched to PC search, 1k+ available, starting at 15c.

At least make all platforms dip into the same market... :(

We will crossplay with steam machines.
