Wich of the cosmetics from poe will transfer to poe2?

I have some cool stuff in the first game and i really wish i could have my drip in the new game but there is no garante all cosmetics will transfer right?

One example is the (Dark Tempest Lightning Arrow) Skill Gem Effect. Really nice and fits with many armour cosmetics but it not available in poe2 yet.

All of them eventually.
They need to do a bunch of work between games to make it possible though.
