[Feedback] Introduce "Gem Veins" to Mawdun Mine (Act 2) & Mine Levels (Act 4)

To address "Gem Scarcity" due to the unpredictable RNG of Uncut Support Gems dropping during the campaign, this suggestion introduces interactable "Gem Veins" to Mawdun Mine in Act 2 and Mine Levels 1&2 in Act 4 — a thematic and fun way to acquire Uncut Support Gems. It makes sense for mines to contain gems; it rewards players engaging with the environment.
Mawdun Mine (Act 2) • Proposed Addition: Add 1–2 Gem Veins that drops 1–3 Uncut Support Gems scaled to area level. Small chance to also drop 1 Uncut Spirit Gem. Mine Levels 1&2 (Act 4) • Proposed Addition: Add 1–2 Gem Veins that drops 1–3 Uncut Support Gems scaled to area level. Small chance to also drop 1 Uncut Spirit Gem. Abuse Prevention To prevent instance spamming, interacting with a Gem Vein in that zone starts a 30-minute lockout. Could also make it like a special item/event only available once per character if farming is a concern. I also wouldn't mind seeing skill gems included, to help encourage experimentation with different skills, especially early game. "Some call him a genius. Others, a monster.
