" This is a good question. I saw nothing clarifying it. It says on the patch note : "Support effect" and not supported by the support gem. The phrasing seems to say there is no mana cost multiplier. I can't confirm it myself, i can't say why it is in the video and not in the patch note. I'm not an insider. Once i finished to format the post in a better shape, i will maybe start a list of clarifications needed in the second reserved message, if GGG feels the need to clarify something raised here, it will make it easier to read.
