Do People Enjoy the Poe1 Campaign?

Not really after so many times doing it but it's a chore that has to be done in order to get to the endgame, same with the atlas passive grind. Same grinds nothing new to show it's just a chore on the list for the actual endgame.
In D4 I never do the campaign after the first time I just go on a helltide to level and maybe a stronghold depending if leveling drags out too much. "Parade your victories, hide your defeats. Mortals are so insecure."

" Well, it does synergize with the new league mechanic being in every map and every area. As long as the league mechanic is designed in a way that it is worth it to do it from act 6 on every once in a while and in every map, all good with me. You can't expect revolutionary changes to the game like no atlas points and no campaign, imo. It is also part of the fun me, to see how fast i am going to be. Campaign in under 8 hours? 2 stones on sunday, atlas clear on monday? ;P THe first few days are goated even if it's just an illusion, i burn out much quicker in endgame when it is alll about thta meaningless tink 4 weeks into the league. |

No not really. After so many years of doing it, and so many chars, it's just a drag.
This is why in d2 there are rushers. Never invite Vorana, Last To Fall at a beer party.

i absolutely despise the campaign. when i think about playing a new league i think about having to do it again and the thought is so abhorrent i pass on the idea almost every time.
i have a lvl38 character in the current league, i tried honestly, i really tried. i gave up, i just cant with this campaign any more. i love poe1 and the endgame still but the thought of playing the campaign is so repulsive that i just cant bring myself to play these new leagues, and havent been able to for years. if i can manage to make it through to endgame thats probably 12-18 months before ill be willing to put myself through that again. D3s system is shit, but ive owned that game a year longer than poe, poe is 10,000x better than D3 but i can still load up D3 now and level a new character, play the season, play the endgame. i cant bring myself to do that in poe. D3 barely even has seasons and endgame to play, the game is absolute dogshit but i do find it playable, i dont find poe1s campaign playable the majority of the time. I love all you people on the forums, we can disagree but still be friends and respect each other :)

" How many pc games do you actually finish? Are you sure it's just poe? ;P Lvl 38 is 2-3 hours of playtime for the average veteran. So let's say it's 3 hours of playtime. Also, you gave up right at the point when the campaign becomes very fast, it's really just the first 3 acts that are somewhat slow. Maybe try again? Act 4 upwards should be significantly faster than before xd And in another thread you claim to have 20k hours in poe 1.
