Searing Exarch fight on phrecia is a joke

So youre telling me that eater gets some useless water around him and you give exarch 3 fking shaper beams that are being spammed every 6 seconds and you think thats balanced?
So not only do i have to dodge all the balls, i have to fight an enraged exarch that is shitting out projectiles on me, but also i have to dodge 3 shaper beams that cover half the map? Yeah very cool Last bumped on Feb 2, 2026, 7:21:51 PM

Yeah, and they will somehow call this a feature, then say the community didn't want Phrecia so they will never feature it again. I finally got to act 8 last night, I'm just happy there isn't an exp penalty for death this early, because I have died. A LOT.

" Yeah it really does seem like intentional sabotage. They made this event bad on purpose so people don't ask for it again. |

Sounds good to me, exarch did need some rods to go with his balls

" Wow what a perfect reply for someone with your username, must have taken you hours to think that up, bravo... 🙄 Yet another blindingly useful comment 😵💫 In the end, War isn't about who was right, its about who is left... Last edited by KiaKahaNZ#2341 on Feb 1, 2026, 6:43:00 PM

" Intentional sabotage? It’s quite the opposite. This event improves on the last one and sets a high bar that will be difficult to surpass in version 3.0, aside from further balance tweaks for the alternate classes. Endless Delve or Heist with the alt classes could be fun, but they would not quite capture the same level of enjoyment that the current event delivers. Quite simply, GGG has created a god-tier event, and the always-upset vocal minority can complain all they want. It will not change the fact that the event is well-designed and fun for most players. It is best to hope they throw in an extension so people can mess around even more, like last time. Perhaps it is also time to nudge GGG into bringing the refreshing campaign into the core game. That would inject a lot of life for a league or two before it naturally feels stale again. Hobby Gamer and Professional Software Engineer & Systems Architect from Tennessee

" Sure, if you want them to lose even more players. |

" Phrecia 2.0 player drop says it all. |
