You didn't answer if getting these random modifiers will give the equivalent increased quant/rarity/pack size they normally give. If they don't it's just another case of making the game harder for no reason. That isn't very fun when you aren't rewarded for difficulty increases in events.

I protest the addition of the Cooling CDR affix to the random affix pool.

Because this will render a large number of Builds unplayable, such as CWC, COC and CWDT. Please take these players' feelings into consideration

GGG is too lazy to make updated images for the ascendancies? The effort level seems so low for how much resources they have.

It's not just about ralakesh, which it doesn't affect anyways, you still count as having maximum of X charges... The problem is that it would hit the mod very frequently (due to many other mods not being on the list) and you can't reroll it like you normally would with maps. And it severly hinders flicker and mine/trap characters (charged traps/mines is important), plus many other builds that generate charges for damage or defenses. If it at least stole a random SINGLE charge you have, it would've been fine, but it's always all, and you end up giving like 5 frenzy and power charges to rares, which still have a 4x stronger boost per charge than players and minions, because reasons. It makes it very similar in power to damage reflect mods, which should've been deleted from the game years ago.

How come poe2 doesn't have instant and infinite range damage reflection on mobs? Seems like a perfect place to use it to force players to read yet another monster modifier and use different skills, depending on their conversions and which damage mob reflects?
