After removed other mods for the maps, the chance to get extra mod "monsters can steal charges" seems is 1/12 even if you adds a pre and a suf ? Plz add steal charges into the removal list plz. Many builds can be distroied by that

-150% to warcry cd recovery rate is a bit of cheap shot and kills my commander starter.
But overall nice changes. |

please add charge steal to the list of banned mods, flicker is unplayable with this mod

Probably an unpopular opinion but these nerfs and buffs are GOOD
The only changes (or nerfs, depending on what people like to say about it) that seem kinda weird are the changes to Behemoth. The Warcry change feels mega wrong but hey ho. Other than that, good patch notes honestly. Most minor nerfs hit the Ascendancies that seemed way too OP the last time Phrecia come around, and buffed those that weren't played as much. Solid 8/10 |
