This will be more of a build showcase rather than a full build guide, I imagine the playstyle could be a bit clunky for most people and the defenses need a bit of work.
I am using spear here but the build idea works with essentially any attack skill.

1. Core Idea

With that said, I wanted to highlight the build I made around the newly added
+20 Maximum Rage for each time you've used a skill that requires glory in the past 6 seconds, up to 5 times
+12 from cultivated mod on Hateforge unique
+8 from Craving Slaughter notable

Oracle also gets the notable Call Upon The Deep, which reads:
Damage Penetrates 20% Elemental Resistances for each time you've used a skill that requires glory in the past 6 seconds

I then combine this with Your Hits can Penetrate Elemental Resistances down to -50%
from a cultivated mod on Doryani's Prototype

Assuming you can use 5 glory skills in the past 6 seconds, you get:
+100 to max Rage
Penetrate every elemental resistance down to -50%

2a. Glory skill of choice

I believe the only viable Glory skill that can be used here is the lineage gem Zerphi's Infamy, which builds Glory when you spend Life on Skills.

I have decided to socket this into Pounce for a couple of reasons:
- Since you have to be constantly using a Glory skill, might as well have it on one that could double as a movement skill.
- Shapeshifting also provides a big boost to max Rage.
- Pounce with Sniper's Mark grants the Frenzy charges needed for my spear skills. (Oracle always crits)

I also got as much increased Cooldown Recovery Rate as I possibly could. As well as an Undying Hate jewel with the Ancient Reserve notable that grants +1 Cooldown Use.

2b. Building Glory

To be able to use this many glory skills in 6 seconds, I had to build enough glory with only one use of a skill (Spear skills in my case). To achieve this with Blood Magic I invested into four things:

i. Increased life cost: Oracle gets a ton of it on the tree. Also an Undying Hate with the Tecrod keystone.
ii. Increased Glory generation: Basically every node for it in the tree.
iii. +Levels of Skills: from the weapon and amulet.
iv. High Cost Multiplier support gems.

The life spent is then immediately replenished with each Pounce thanks to the notable Invigorating Grandeur, which reads Recover 1% of maximum Life per Glory consumed.

3. Scaling damage

For how unremarkable my spear is, I feel like this build punches above its weight limit in terms of damage. This is thanks to the multiple ways Rage scales your damage:

- 1% More attack damage per Rage
- 2% increased attack damage per Rage with Crown of Eyes and Mystical Rage notable
- 1% increased fire damage per Rage with Ichlotl's Inferno notable
- 1% of Damage Gained as Cold per Rage from Bhatair's Vengeance lineage gem
- This is all scaled multiplicatively by Berserk spirit gem

Defensively, you also get 1% increased armour and 2% increased stun threshold per Rage.

I use Explosive Spear for single target

4. Misc

- You cannot gain Glory for a Skill while any instance of that Skill is active. This is also why I am using Zerphi's Infamy on a melee skill.
- I am using Spear here but I imagine this build could work well with other Attack skills; Rend comes to mind.
- Having Glacial Lance's explosion happen after a Pounce allows you to benefit from the increased max Rage while shapeshifted for Bhatair's Vengeance.

Really cool man ty for showing
i love the name of the build
Since you are using Doryani, for Lightning spear wouldnt it be better to use "Flow" support gem? As they are equal to your resistance and you revert them.

Love the builds idea though, I mighht spec into it as I got a spare Oracle lying there.

Yeah, I think you would have to drop the sceptre which has "Enemies in your Presence Resist Elemental Damage based on their Lowest Resistance" to use Rakiata's Flow?

If so you would have to see if it's worth losing the sceptre + a support gem slot since with this build you're already penetrating down to -50% ele resistances.
