For the temple closing, I found a work around. Go back to town and back into the map you found the temple in. You can enter the Vaal temple from there and it will be reopened until you walk out of the temple again. The portals are super buggy

My temple of nine t3 spymasters has barely dropped any lock medallions today. I have never seen this happen before but today over many runs I could barely sustain the locks. Is there a shadow nerf on lock medallion drop rates? Please answer.
