Items disappearing when interacting with workbenches in vaal temple

I may have found a bug causes items to disappear after a specific set of actions when using the exalted workbench in the Vaal Temple.
The inputs that were followed by the bug were:
1. I interact with the Pristine Exalted Workbench, opening my inventory window and the workbench UI.
2. I put one item (sapphire ring) in the workbench, then changed the item there with another (pearlescent ring, the one that disappears), both from my equipped items.

3. In my equipped items, I change the ring slot the sapphire ring is equipped in, without interacting with the pearlescent ring.

4. Without removing the ring from the workbench, I selected "take", closing the workbench UI and dropping both the exalted orb from the workbench and the item that was there in the ground.

5. Without closing my inventory window, I click in the ring on the ground to pick it up, then click once again, and the ring disappears.


Bug doesn't seem to be visual, as changing the slot the sapphire ring is equipped doesn't make the other ring appear again, and i could equip 2 other rings without issue. The stats from the pearlescent ring also weren't there, confirming that it really wasn't equipped. Leaving and logging back in didn't work, nor did restarting my game.

Your second to last image clearly shows it on your mouse cursor. Did you pick it up, drop it, and your filter hid it?

I thought that's what had happened at first, but disabling my filter also didn't show it in the ground. Not only that, but, as shown in the image in 4., my filter shouldn't hide the ring. Both disabling and changing the filter, as well as toggling "always highlight" in the settings, didn't solve the issue.

Got the same issue. For my parts, it looks like items labels disappear:

First picture with actual loot showed (+alt to bypass lootfilter)



Some items are missing.

Second picture, I can over the item (that was hided?) on the ground, even if it's not showed before:



(screen capture delete mouse cursor, but I hover the armour skin on the ground)

So the item still exists on my side but the label is deleted.
Happens to me when I change room.

Happened to me again, after I died in a room, all items labels go to the right (or on the checkpoint):

Workaround: hiding/displaying labels reset placement
(Settings > Input > Toggle Highlighting)
