That's a good point. Some spirit on a body armor is what you need to get it before Act 3. You can also delay taking the Gigantic Following until you have enough Spirit to run them with it (takes 80) and take other minions/rage points sooner, I don't think it's a huge deal for DPS anyhow whatever order you take those.

You can also run Ravenous Swarm until you get some Spirit/Lord of the Wilds, or some "real" minions.

The wolfpack is fully optional early anyhow, I personally only added them in Interludes because I forgot about them.
