disabling Holten's energy charging means doesnt approve it. But what about the players who have exploited this loophole endlessly? And what about the temples they have already built?

they can reset mine for farming temple and realizing i dont even have a snake. where is the reset button?>
why this change doesn't affect towers?like we're getting only one crystal per tower still, come on...

I think a lot of ya'll are missing the point here. This is early access, this is the time for them to find and fix balance issue like this. Yes, the economy is in the tank, but it was the day fubgun and the others figured this out and took the enormous amount of time it takes to set it up. They are being rewarded for all the time they put into a mechanic most of you wrote off as being bad, which is why you didn't figure this out. It is intended game mechanics, the real issue is that the payout is to high. Its the rewards that need balancing, not the set up.

Players should be rewarded for putting that much time into figuring out the mechanics. First you all complained it was not rewarding enough, so they buffed the rewards before they went of vaca. Now that people have done all the hard work and figured out how to min/max it, you want them to reset all the temples? How would you feel if you put over 10hrs into setting this up just to have it nerfed because the people that don't feel like putting that time in feel left behind.

I'm not saying its perfect, rewards definitely need balancing, but ya'll are being a bit cry babyishe right now.

And no, I do not have a greedy snake set up. I personally could not be bothered to put all that work in like many of you. Difference is I don't expect equal rewards for unequal work.

I think people misunderstand. "Oh its in EA its in EA its in EA. " EA is political way of "GIVE ME ALL YER MONEYS GUYS" it is sad if anyone really thinks 1 year ++++ of EA is just entering the EA stages. and before you mouth off... remember free weekends and then the servers magically seem stable...
Nice!Thank you. I wish you could also fix vaal monsters that stay afk in corners of spymaster's room and elite legion's room.

The unique monsters die far too easily across the board. They need to scale in some way with effectiveness.

As does pinnacle bosses, they are a complete push over. 7 million hp just does not cut it with the current state of the game.

This kid obviously doesn't work 55 hours a week, don't listen to then.

2 charges is better than nothing but is still pretty badly balanced. It does almost nothing. Time wise it's still faster to map spam T1 and brick them, then doing fully juiced T15. Bandaid on a severed limb type of fix right here.

Also its good to know for the future. I fully intend to do any and every exploit since GGG made it very clear people will not be punished banned or rolled back.

alternative is +light radius gear and t1 1 mod maps. blast it light beacon and chain maps for moments of zen and pray.

I do want to see the atlas points for next season do to being curiious. not sure why they cant have a % chance to get a surpassing beacon lit.

maybe im missing something here. are the maps or char lvl that scales the actual temple runs?
I’m shocked by these comments. The devs fix an exploit — people complain. The devs double the energy gain speed — people still complain. As a player who doesn’t use exploits, this patch literally helps me build the Temple faster. It used to take me 3.5 hours to get 60/60 by rushing T15 maps to the boss and Vaal , but now it’ll take less than two hours. And some people seriously claim this is a bad thing? That said, I do think players who used the Holten exploit to farm energy should have their Temples reset to the starting state. For regular players like me, who gain energy through T15 maps, these changes are a pure buff.

Thanks, GGG, but please try to act faster before the economy completely collapses because of certain streamers who treat exploits as 'features' and feel the need to push their audience to abuse them. By the way, why aren't they banned yet? Oh, right. The game would lose too much marketing exposure. Figures.
Unfortunately for anyone who wasn't cheating the last couple of week the league is ruined for them. You'll never have enough currency to buy any of the chase items not for the rest of the league. They're out of reach. Prices aren't coming down. There's too much spendable currency out there that people don't value and will spend freely because it was quick and ill-gotten. This league is a wash already if you didn't cheat to get ahead.

It's hilarious how players couldn't exploit that and couldn't finish their temple... GGG rewards cheaters not only by giving them a 100% complete temple with over 50 rooms to exploit and get 30 to 60 divs per run... while tourists will take hundreds of hours to level up a temple like that... Bravo GGG, you guys are PGM

They're not cheaters, get a grip on your life.
The players used mechanics that the game made available. They didn't exploit or circumvent any game mechanics. Nor did they use any bugs.

The players used mechanics that, in retrospect, were not intended by the developer, which meant that there was no way they could have known about them.

Every single one of you would have done the same if you had known and been able to. In situations like this, you have to react quickly and go with the flow to take advantage of the opportunity. Now it's over, accept it like a man and don't cry like a girl.
