The "exploit" still exists, its only that high lvl chars cant do it anymore....but if you have a char in that zone and with that lvl it still works like before...

Dude, can you explain why someone would be banned?
If you, as a developer, allowed it. If not, you can fix any abuse in a minute. If it doesn't work in a minute, you can temporarily disable the mechanics and do it later.
What's the problem? Everyone plays by the rules the developers give them, and that's it.

if someone knowingly abuses a mechanic in an unintended way, by definition , its an exploit being abused

Exploit Abuse has always been against the TOS and a bannable offense..

( Performing an exploit once or twice by mistake will never result in a ban)

(Purposely repeating the exploit doeznes to hundreds of times okver the span of a week, is not an accident, thats purpoisely exploiting an unintended mechanic)

I dont think anyone should be banned for the exploit seeing as its EA though.. but people should be punished for exploiting it,. such as a rollback on all the gains or better yet , just reset the league considering al lthe exploits, and give people a fair shot , as this league haws a ruined economy that dwarves the ruined economy of all other leagues thanks to this major exploit being abusd.

Anyone that thinks the economy is okay in its current state is either an exploiter trying to cover their gains, or a newbie that doesnt understand how exploits ruining economies, ruins the entire league because it makes casuals not be able to buy anything past campaign gear since inflation has made it impossible to do so. Inflation caused by exploit abusers.

Well, you're a dreamer. GGG has no way to check for the most obvious abuses while content is being developed. There's no way to respond promptly to abuses discovered by players.
And you're offering them even more work in the form of serious analysis of the problem, rollbacks for thousands of players, and so on.
Here's a clear example. A week has passed since the abuse began. And you see the results of "Brainstorm" =)

The economy is only 1-2 weeks ahead of the previous league's economy without such abuse—not much of a difference, considering that retention is worse than the previous league. POE has long been a game for a week / month, if we a lucky. ..waiting for 2027
