I thought a better fix for this would be if you can only get bonuses from 3 of the same room at a time (whatever number is fair). This would mean the bonuses like increased rarity, effectiveness have a cap.

That way there's not this massive discrepancy between players with full built long chain temples and those with none

This is a good fix, but completely insufficient. I really liked this mechanic, I like building a temple and running around it, playing with its systems, but it's just impossible to do that. There is nothing to do on the maps, they are not interesting to run because of the weak dropout of valuable items, and to open only 1 temple, you need to run through as many as 6 maps, which is incredibly much for the process of building a temple. Moreover, why not add tablets for the temple, as it was on the abyss in the last patch? Tablets that would increase the number of circles to charge the temple. Another problem is the already ruined economy. The people who used the bug and built huge chains that bring 200 divine per hour will save this temple after this fix, which means they will continue to go through it and destroy the economy at the expense of the bug further. This kills the current league almost completely. As a player who has not used this bug, it makes no sense for me to return to the league. At the same time, killing the opportunity to build large chains is also wrong, this will lead to the league living out its last days even faster. Because if the temple loses its value in terms of currency extraction, it will be pointless to go to it at all, no matter how long it takes to build it. As for me, the temple requires serious improvements with a forced full reset of the current temples, if the construction of the chains was really a bug, not a plan. Because if you add the tablets without resetting the current temples, players who have already built a huge profitable temple through a bug will start running it many times faster :)

can we run temple PER map then ? it charges too slow and i have no motivation to play when 1 map takes me 20-40 min and i need to do 6 to play 1 temple run

I understand that things shouldn’t work like this, but the Temple is the only thing that interests me in the game right now. I don’t enjoy running maps anymore (you killed that for me at the beginning of the league with the Abyss changes).

The current situation with crystals on maps is horrible for me and completely kills my motivation to even start the game in the evening. It’s not just this league — your nerfs in general are making the game not fun for me, by the way.
It's far too late. You simply don't care about the players and this game.
