Based Fub.
Everyone is turning what's essentially a whistle blower into a villain. Fub shared information known by market controllers and everyone wants to blame him. Good on him for being unapologetic about it.
I don't even follow the dude but I 100% support the message here, it's hilarious.
A responsible player would've informed GGG in private about it, not open the floodgates to crash the market.
This is very similar to an exploit that happened in Runescape years ago, called the Falador Massacre. Instead of letting the developers know there was a way to have one-sided PvP in non-PvP regions, Durial321 invited his entire clan to participate. The only differences between these two cases is that Fubgun decided to ruin the economy for people who didn't run the exploit, and Durial321 got permanently banned.
runescape years ago? lol. This is comparable to the exploits found in every league of POE2 thus far, no need for story time. The devs would have been aware of this for some time now and they have not fixed it so fubgun telling them in private would have had zero effect, as honourable as the idea might appear
