No boss citadels on the Atlas – bug? PoE2 0.4.0c

Hello, I am lvl 93 and have the same issue. Is that "normal"?

It's likely a visual bug with the fog. It's been this way for me and many others since 0.3 and it's very annoying.

I can't see any beams or corruption signs in the fog unless it's basically on the edge of being discovered. I and many others reported this bug since 0.3, but no one knows how widespread it is.
Most people don't even know of the bug, they just can't seem to find citadels and quit.

I did exactly that in 0.3 and never found a single one. After a few weeks I went back to the start, went in another direction and after just two days I found my first and only citadels trio.

Same bugs as everyone else. LVL 92 cannot find citadels. No beams of light.

94 lvl. 3 days 14 hours played. 168k kills.
I can see nexus blood particles in fog but can't find citadels.

UPD: I just found first one.

Same here.. level 94 in Hardcore by now and dont see any light in the Fog or found any Citadel yet... this is just ridicilous

I don't know what's going on my friend is having issues getting citadel as well but my experience is 100% the opposite, I just discovered my 6th citadel...it's really weird.

Apparently it's just bugged and you should contact support, not sure if the guy is trolling but that's what he said

I'm level 95, and have done an exorbitant amount of maps. I have not found a single Citadel yet either. It must be bugged.

Same situation as me.
Did around 100 maps, 0 citadels.
I am playing ssf
