Unable to complete "Synthflesh Sanctum II" in temple

Penultimate room before architect, 2 mobs remaining (architect and presumably a bugged mob in Synthflesh Lab Tier 2. Unfortunately respawning at checkpoint allowed me to re-enter the room but still could not progress and am trapped/blocked from completing the run.
