Monk - Poe2 - Season 0.4 - Cannot Curse

Hi team,

My Monk is unable to curse anymore. Initially it was working no problem with this setup:
Hand of Chayula (Lv9) + Elemental Weakness (Lv7) + Heightened Curse.

Suddenly, the skill doesn't apply the curse anymore, even to white mobs.

I tried several things:
- I put a lot of Intelligence (it's not a stat problem)
- I tried without heightened curse (not the problem)
- I tried different instances (not an instance problem)
- I tried creating the gems again (not a bugged gem problem)
- I tried elemental weakness on its own -> It applies the curse to the ground but when it hits the enemy, it doesn't curse them (so it might be that elemental weakness is bugged)

I'm running out of options.

Yep, that's what happened, the level of the mobs started going up and the curse stopped working, didn't see there was a mob level limit.
