Can't open maps

There seems to be a bug on my PoE2 character I can join other peoples maps but I can't open my own or rather I can't interact with the map device because the quest got stuck somehow. Doryani doesn't have any dialogue options.

Never had this issue in previous leagues anyone know how to fix that?
