Deadly Resolve Crashes Co-op Players

Was playing co-op with my friend, he has PoE2 on both PS5 and PC. Initially he was on PS5 and was crashing frequently, as a result he switched to PC. On PC he also was crashing frequently again. Updating driver, defragging drive and files, and other PC troubleshooting for the game.

All this is to explain steps to verify the bug is an issue with the support gem "Deadly Resolve."

In my build, I am using rampage and fury of the mountain with deadly resolve. After doing all the troubleshooting on his PC, I tested if the support gem was the issue.
First testing with the gem, as he was idle in the map:
I use the skills near him with support gem - no effect.
Using the skills with support gem off screen - instantly crashed.
Using skills nearby without support gem - no effect.
Using skills off screen without support gem - no effect.

So it seems the support gem deadly resolve can crash co-op members when the skills are used off screen for them.
