bug mission " the search". I can't end act 4

When i kill Thavakai mission is still in progress. I try to reset instance and kill this boss 3 times and close game - this some result. I waste now 1,5h of my progress.. Can someone help or fix this?

Think i serch another bug, on kingsmarch i have no path to take back shark fin from my inventory. look image :
