Crimson Hall simply wouldn't complete

I have finished all 12 rooms in the Vaal Temple, but the Crimson Hall is simply stuck. It wont allow me to open doors so I can only leave via portal... There isn't anything to interact with or any monster to slay anymore. The room is simply bugged and after coming back to it it just gets stuck again...

Bump. This still exists in game on 12/14/25 at time of post. This prevents you from getting "temple complete" and you cannot interact with the corrupting device
