Act 3 - The Flame Core never goes into Inventory

I killed Blackjaw in Act 3 and I looted "The Flame Core" but it never goes into my inventory to use.

I have killed the boss again and it did not drop "The Flame Core".

I have -20% fire res without any gear which is equal to the default Act 3 restriction.

Ends up in Titan's Extra Inventory. No bug
