Same here.
After completing act 2, before moving to act 3, game froze and "the operation timed out" appeared. Now when logging in, it shows "login error: the operation time out" and doesn't log in.

PoE 2 threw a database exception and proceeded to fail with "operation timed out" exceptions.

This is a good example of why you don't push a major update to prod right before people leave for the holidays. If there are more significant issues like this over the holidays it's going to be a real problem.

Got around infinite loading by loading into town.

Thought they had their servers upgraded enough to handle to play load? No one's getting any of the mtx stuff for this weekend because no one can login lol
