Support has me running in circles trying to recover access to this very account. What can i do.

My login details stem from an old yahoo account that i can no longer access. same goes for my steam account that since last time i played poe 2 years ago now i also cant access.

I've provided them with a ton of information I was asked for but now they keep coming back that i need a transaction ID. which i can't access because i no longer have access to steam either. I've been trying to recover my steam account but run into the same issues. I need to provide a cd-key from a game attached to my steam account. Since I don't even know if i ever bought a game on steam because i mainly used it for POE and even if i did that info has been sent to that same old inaccessible email I don't see how i can recover steam either.

I've now lived in Vietnam for the past nearly 8 years. I was able to play TotA league from this location just fine.

I also tried to contact yahoo which is just impossible. Support is inaccessible from my location.

There must be some way to get this resolved other then being stuck in a loop with the same question from support which i can't provide. I've been talking for 16hrs with over 32 back and forth getting nowhere.

I really need a solid solution I'm happy to provide any info that i actually have access to.

I've provided every possible detail of information i could accompanied with screenshots. I've explained at least 5 times why I can't access my transaction ID's also accompanied with screenshot's from steam support. But the only answer I'm getting is we need a transaction ID. I can provide any information needed except a transaction ID. I'm also not allowed to verify my personal information by sending a picture of my passport. I'm just wondering if there is any other option left because they can't seem to provide me one and keep coming back with the same response.
