Migrating all from private league to parent deleted guild stash

As my private league was drawing to a close I migrated all my characters. I am the leader of my guild and should have migrated my guild stash as well. However, when I arrived in keepers, the guild stash was empty, as was my heist stash. I have also checked my graft locker and it is empty as well. I have checked standard and the guild stash tabs have not appeared there. When attempting to migrate, there is a notification that the guild leader migrating will migrate the guild stash, but this is not what I experienced.
