I first logged in yesterday, and was probably logged in for an hour after the patch .

On login , I had four remove only tabs, these were I believe the default four stash tabs that you cannot rename , and they were labeled one through four with the tag remove only.

In stash tab settings I do have it to show remove only tabs.

I had a few tabs with the merchant NPC, these tabs have not shown up, nor the items in them listed for sale.

For the gold, still not shown up either.

Where are my 0.3 tabs? My standard tabs are there but there are no remove only ones supposed to keep everything i had in .3

it's just an idea

try to create a new perso in standard mode.
mabe it's because you never create a perso in standard mode
