Content Update 0.4.0 — Path of Exile 2: The Last of the Druids

Hype to make my own dungeon and the CPU boosts, thank you!

They already delayed poe1 for a year once. Don't forget, that most of poe2 players are poe1 players. Delaying poe1 again will negatively impact poe2.

Oh? If you have your second kid, and your first kid is a grown ass kiddo, won't you focus more on the new kid, and have the grown kid 'handle itself' more and more?

I am a long time poe 1 player I started poe 1 in beta, but now it is the time to shift from that game to poe 2, it's the new thing.

Nobody plays diablo 1 no more, they all play diablo 2 (well I guess some play d4, but who cares honestly).

If I was GGG (or tencent) whoever has the power to do it, I would hand over poe 1 to another passionate company, maybe even an indie company that consists of devs that also played a lot of poe 1 and loved the game.

I know that GGG is trying to satisfy both audiences from the two games, but we can clearly see that the poe 1 players are always spreading bad messages on the forums and make up reasons that its poe 2's fault or some shit. (unless you really really enjoy both games)

Myself, I moved on quite a while ago, I had my time in poe 1 and it was fun at times and at times it wasn't so fun.

Edit: And poe 2 players that love the game are sick of seeing poe 1 players complaining, so it's a back and forth misery that will most likely not end if GGG keep their focus on both games.

That said, I'm looking forward to 0.4. Why always need to point out negative shit upfront, when you not even played it goddamn it. Play it first, if you don't like it, well...I guess complain or better yet, just leave.

I'm here for the 'vision' or let's say, to see how the future of poe 2 is coming along. The game is getting better and better, and they need a lot of time and effort to make it more appealing to not only veterans but also new players.

You have an incredibly vast amount of content in path of exile 1, yet you guys are still complaining all the freaking time.

Almost comes across as you don't really enjoy it and should move on as well.

No logic in your post sadly.
We have 150-200k players in poe1 leagues. They obviously cant hand poe1 development to some "passionate" company, because they making money, big money im pretty sure.
You should not forget, that majority of poe2 players are poe1 players. So doesnt matter if new poe2 players are sick of us, poe1 players. And if majority doesnt like something, then we have a big problem. Bad poe1 league, then bad poe2 league = less money earned. Less money earned = big guys up there concerned. And after that we know what usually happens, questionable decisions in short.
Yes we have vast amount of content in poe1, but does it matter if its nerfed to the ground? Thats why you can see people complaining. No one likes nerfs you know.

Why get rid of Frozen Mandibles?
Finally, bosses won't die in one nanosecond at the start of the fight, it looked stupid.

crazy i used to be hyped for poe content, but everytime i see a poe2 update post i just feel like poe1 gets less and less love. Been a long time supporter since 2013, sad seeing everything going down the drain for the favour of 2
Always wanted to make a Spear of Solaris build. I avoided it originally since it required heavy stunning on a dex character. With the new changes how would i freeze, shock, or ignite a boss 20 times to use this skill?

So pack size is gone, will a t16 map be pretty empty with white mobs with life totals like bosses? I thought it 49% more life but it's actually just effectiveness that grows as go higher in tier maps, but doesn't add one mob to the map? Did you guys actually compare t16s to t16s with these pack size changes?
Rue is a cat.
Eh Eh

Nice post!

Typical "balance" Rather than improve underperforming minions just delete the good one everybody uses.

Should be pretty obvious after a full year that they don't actually play their own game. Sure, the devs claim they play but their version of playing is probably to use an admin account to make a level XX character with specific pieces of gear and then play for like 5 minutes to see if the game still runs.
