Hardcore non-seasonal league build suggestions -- achievement hunting

Never thought I'd get it done, but Ballista got it for me! Got the level 90 achieve. 170k kills, 0 deaths.
Highest map was a blue t10 and rare t9.

I luckily had a 5L bow from previous character because this character never found a 5L or 6L.

Thanks so much for all the suggestions, I really thought I'd never get this achievement or the merciless Lab because i am a pretty terrible player. But, here it is, finally complete :)

Merciless Lab is "super easy" if you build for it, like MoM Hierophant with Cloak of Flame, etc.
