Blight Mobs stuck inside Orichalcum

Blight spawned the mobs inside of a completed Orichalcum deposit. This is inside a T17 Sanctuary Map. It was a natural ore deposit I did not add any ores to the map. It is a natural blight encounter I have 100% chance to find a blight encounter via my atlas tree. I used Cartography scarab of escalation, Cartography scarab of risk, Cartography scarab of corruption, Blight scarab of blooming and a Blight scarab invigoration. I applied shrines via the domination map device craft and applied eater influence via the map device. I can hit them with my Lancing Steel of Spraying but my Agony crawler does not attack them. The Blight boss can attack me if I stand in certain spots. It is some kind of bone scorpion thing that has similar animations to an agony crawler.
