Randomly cant use ablities after opening strongbox in Ornate Chambers.

Happened for the third time in chambers now where I open a rare stronbox and i'm unable to use any ability, including town portal. I can still dodge roll so I gtfo and exit to character screen and log back in and it then it works fine. I suspect it happens whenevr the freeze mod is applied where I have a freeze charm so i'm fine, but i also have a companion ape out at the time and I think maybe if i stand too close, some form of aoe freeze applies from the ape so my character is "stuck" in terms of abilities while im able to move around normally (just an assumption, i've not tested this, its all from memory). The effect doesnt stop either i went about 30 seconds running around before I gave up and logged. I Haven't yet experienced this bug in any other maps so far.
