This patch has completely broken the game. I've crashed 5 times doing nothing but sitting in hideout or playing the game in the 5 minutes I've spent playing since this patch. 5 crashes before even getting to the second map.
You should submit an official bug report. I've experienced nothing at all.

nah..they too busy with POE2 now.. they won't bother fixing anything POE1 related now with the released of Druid teaser. Just wait for 3.28..

Also, increase the loot scaling. The baseline is historically higher than ever but the top end barely increases things, it doesn't feel good to play this endgame without the progression.
Ive also have crashing issues after patch

Fixed a bug to make the recombinator not work like it should. Great work ggg keep it up. Great way to shut the season down and gear up for poe 2
