No loot after doing a wildwood

I was doing a wildwood encounter in a map. After the encounter, no enemy in the map after about the first screen from the wildwood entrance dropped any loot. I started a legion encounter and entered the wildwood during the timer by accident in case that matters.

Murine Funerary Altar (rat):
300% increased Experience
Monsters do not drop items


They are also quite difficult to see so its very easy to accidentally click these without realizing it.
